About

Why this exists

Apply Maxxing was built by someone who lived through the worst of the hiring system.

The story

Built out of frustration

3,258 applications. 30 interviews. 2 job offers. 4 years.

That's not a résumé gap — that's a war of attrition. Corporations hiding behind HR departments with arbitrary rules that change by the quarter. Ghost job postings sitting open for months, collecting applications they never intended to review. ATS filters that reject real candidates before a single human eye sees the résumé.

The system isn't broken by accident. It's designed to make you feel replaceable — to keep you grinding, second-guessing, and begging for a seat at a table they're not even sure they want to fill.

Here's what gets forgotten: they're hiring. They need us. The power is more balanced than they want you to believe.

If corporations can judge your entire career with an algorithm — filter 500 applicants down to 5 without a human reading a single word — then you can use AI to apply. You can tailor every résumé to every role, fill out forms exactly as a human would, and still be the one reviewing and submitting. What are they going to do — stop you?

Apply Maxxing is that tool. Built by someone who lived through every one of those 3,258 rejections.

My mission

They built technology to stop caring. I built technology to give you a fighting chance.

Companies use AI to review your résumé. Stupid, useless HR employees who will never understand what you do? They throw it away without a second thought. They cut corners everywhere — slapping AI on top of a broken process and calling it innovation. This is my answer to that system. If they can't be bothered to care about your application, you don't have to care about their job posting. I built a tool that floods their systems with tailored résumés until their screening is absolutely worthless. They wanted efficiency. I give them volume. You get interviews.

For recent graduates

You entered a market designed to grind you out.

Entry-level roles that require three to five years of experience. Job postings left open for months to collect a visa-sponsorship pipeline, then filled internally or handed to H-1B candidates at a fraction of the cost. ATS filters that reject you before a single human reads your name. The goal isn't to find talent — it's to exhaust the pool until whoever survives is desperate enough to accept anything.

You cannot win this fight by grinding harder on their terms. A broken system doesn't reward effort — it rewards volume, keywords, and whoever can outlast the rejection cycle. That's the game. Apply Maxxing exists to play it for you, so you can focus on the interviews that actually matter.

I'm in this position too — I built Apply Maxxing while navigating the same market you're in right now. If you're a recent grad, email me directly. I want to help, and I'll make sure you get a bigger discount than what's listed.
