How our pricing works
Apply Maxxing is available as a one-time license (pay once, own it forever) or as a monthly subscription (Basic, Pro, or Max). No hidden fees either way.
Refund eligibility
Refund policy
Lifetime (one-time purchase)
We offer a full refund within 10 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just contact support before the 10-day window closes. No refunds are issued after 10 days.
Subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Max)
We refund consecutive unused months at the end of the billing cycle, up to a maximum of 2 months. A month counts as unused if you had zero app activity (no API calls to the service) during that calendar month. For example: if you didn’t use the app this month only, you can request 1 month refunded; if you didn’t use it this month and last month, you can request 2 months refunded. This can only be requested once per account.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that show clear signs of abuse (e.g. purchasing, extracting value, then requesting a refund repeatedly).
How to request
Getting your refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address used to purchase
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful)
We process refunds within 3 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
