Yes. Apply Maxxing includes full cover letter automation. You save personal stories in a story bank — real anecdotes and experiences from your career. The AI uses these stories along with the job posting to generate a personalized, targeted cover letter for each application.

We offer both. There is a free tier for application tracking, monthly subscriptions (Basic at $6.99/mo, Pro at $18.99/mo, Max at $36.99/mo), and a one-time Full Purchase for $167.99 with unlimited jobs.

You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then you are downgraded to the free tier. Your data stays on your machine — nothing is deleted.

For subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Max): we refund consecutive unused months at the end of the billing cycle, up to a maximum of 2 months. A month counts as unused if you had zero app activity that calendar month. This can only be requested once per account. For the Full Purchase (Lifetime): refunds are available within 10 days of purchase, no questions asked — just contact support. No refunds are issued after 10 days. If a chargeback is detected, your account will be permanently banned from the platform.
