Apply Maxxing reads it, extracts what the role actually requires, and scores your profile against those requirements on a 0–100 scale using weighted criteria: keyword match, experience relevance, ATS optimization, and more. The score is transparent — you can see exactly what is driving it.

From there, it selects the experience most relevant to the role and rewrites your bullet points to match. Generic lines like “responsible for software development tasks” become specific, quantified achievements like “Led migration of monolith to microservices, reducing deploy time by 60%.” The facts are yours.
